I pass by this place a lot and decided to finally try it out since the usual place I go to was more up north and didn’t feel like sitting in traffic. Definitely will not be coming back here again, they damaged/scratched multiple spots in my interior and left dirt on my door handle area and wiper blade area. If you just need a quick exterior wash then this place is probably ok. But definitely don’t get interior and don’t bring higher end cars here unless you want to risk something getting damaged or overall poor service. There are better hand wash places in the downtown area.

An absolute waste of time and money. I paid $40 for your highest-tier package, which explicitly promised a full interior cleaning. Instead, the service was indistinguishable from a basic $5 automatic drive-through wash. The staff completely neglected the inside of the vehicle. They did not bother to open the trunk, wipe down the dashboard, or remove visible dust from any of the interior surfaces. It is entirely obvious why this business sits empty while the competitor a block away has a line down the street. I was charged for a premium service that was completely ignored, and I expect an immediate payment adjustment to reflect the unfulfilled work.

I want to formally report a completely unacceptable experience at this car wash. After receiving an interior cleaning service, I noticed clear damage to my glove compartment, caused by what appears to be impact with a hard object. This damage was not present before the service. I returned promptly to report the issue, but the staff showed little willingness to take responsibility. They only showed me a partial recording from their cameras, lacking full transparency about what actually happened. This raises serious concerns, as it seems they are not willing to provide complete evidence. It is very concerning that a business handling customers’ property fails to take accountability for damages caused during service, and does not act honestly when faced with a legitimate claim. I expect proper accountability for the damage and improvements in both vehicle handling and customer service. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the nearest car wash near me, and honestly I wish it wasn’t, they do a average job on exterior washes and you’ll get a greater wash in a automatic car wash, NEVER PURCHASE INTERIOR CLEANING. Literally didn’t touch nothing and I waited 50 minutes for this wash btw… I’m in a rush so I cannot sit and wait for them to re-clean my car, and they have ZERO accommodation…IM PISSED AND WILL NEVER RETURN… the best part about the car wash is the nice lady at the cash register

I have been coming here for a good part of the last 15 years. It was one of the best hand car wash places in the loop and with very reasonable prices. But in the last 7, 8 years or so, the quality of the wash has declined, especially when they are busy. The don't clean the soap off properly, they don't dry out the water in the gaps so the way, they only tire shine half the car and forgot the rest. The sad things is, they are still better than the others in the area. Just don't come on a busy day.
